​These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the services provided by MotoLegends Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

 

MotoLegends Tours provides guided motorcycle tours and related services. Details of each tour, including itinerary, duration, and price, are provided on our website or in direct communication with clients.

 

2. Eligibility

 

- Participants must hold a valid motorcycle driving license.

- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate motorcycle insurance and travel insurance.

​

- By booking, you confirm that you are physically capable of safely operating a motorcycle.

​

3. Bookings & Payments

 

- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

​

- Payments must be made through the methods provided on our website or as otherwise agreed.

 

- Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

4.Cancellations & Refunds

 

- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date: full refund.

 

- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date: no refund.

 

- In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, safety issues), MotoLegends Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours. A full refund will be provided if a tour cannot be rescheduled.

5. Participant Responsibilities

 

- You are responsible for riding safely and following all traffic laws.

​

- You must wear appropriate safety gear at all times (helmet, jacket, gloves, etc.).

 

- MotoLegends Tours is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during tours.

 

6. Liability

 

- MotoLegends Tours will not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from your participation.

 

- Participation in motorcycle tours is at your own risk.

 

- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

 

8. Changes to Terms

 

- MotoLegends Tours reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
