Refund Policy

At MotoLegends Tours, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellations by Customers

- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled tour start date will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled tour start date are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations by MotoLegendsTours

- If a tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants), customers will be offered:

- A rescheduled tour at no additional cost, or

- A full refund of the amount paid.

3. Non-Refundable Items

- Travel insurance, flights, or any third-party arrangements made by the customer are not refundable through MotoLegends Tours.

4. Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used.

- Customers will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
